Active Adult Strategies - Understanding Your 55+ Buyer

This fast-paced, educational training seminar is presented to individuals involved in development, building, sales and marketing to the growing 55 + market segment. Our PowerPoint presentation of the course materials is enhanced and complimented with personalized packets for each program. We encourage interaction, so we invite registered attendees to formulate and E-mail us questions or topics most important to them prior to the presentation. This advanced preparation lets us adjust every presentation to the individual needs of each group.

All presentations are customized for your topics of interest. Consider the following topics:

Presentation time: Approximately four hours, with one break.

Cost: $1,495 for 1 to 50 attendees. Each registered attendee is given a class training packet. Payment is due in advance of the session. An agreement must be executed prior to confirmation of the session.

Availability: Training sessions are scheduled in advance on the availability of the instructor. Please call early to confirm your preferred date.

Cancellation: You may change the number of registrants, that is, adding or deleting registrants, up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. You may cancel the class up to seven days prior to the scheduled class, with no charge. After that time frame, you will be assessed a cancellation fee of $500.
