Mystery Shopping

Developers, builders and real estate agencies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop, advertise and promote their project. Carefully chosen sales agents, whether they are in-house or agency affiliated, are key to a developer’s success. Do you know how your sales agent measures up on the telephone and in person? Are they asking the essential discovery questions to gain the tools and information they need to begin cultivating a relationship with a prospect, to advance the interest of the prospect or to bring the prospect to a close?
